BTH is environmentally conscious. We use paper based packaging - fully recyclable. We do not waste, we reuse packaging that is sent to us. BTH has collections made from up-cycling other unique pieces of jewellery. Our Fabric Earrings are handmade using leftover fabrics from other small brands that we love. Small steps to reduce the amount of waste and close the gap between redundant and new products. We are committed to increasing the amount of recycled materials that we use.

Every order from BTH includes a Raffle Ticket. A Raffle is drawn every other week on our Instagram Stories (raffle winners are added to our highlight, so you can always check back to see if you have won). Winners get a Free Pair of their choice (up to a value of £10). 

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However if you are unhappy with your purchase/in the unlikely event your order is damaged in the post, please let us know via email - quoting your order number in the subject line. Please include photos where applicable.
